Sour cream/Yogurt Blueberry Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Pre-heat oven to 350o F and grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish

Combine:
1½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients and set aside, then combine in a small bowl
¼ cup canola oil
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream or yogurt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix wet ingredients
Add to dry ingredients

Mix until combined
Add ½ pint of wild blueberries
Mix until uniform

Pour into greased 8 inch x 8 inch baking dish
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture (½ tsp cinnamon to 4 tsp sugar)

Bake for 50-55 minutes. Makes 6-9 servings.

Try it for breakfast or a wonderful snack!
