Fall is here in all its brilliant color, and the farm is winding down. Ready in limited quantities from the greenhouse and the field: Broccoli; green peppers; basil, dill, and cilantro; buttercup squash; and raspberries and strawberries are back. The hens are laying smaller quantities of large free-range eggs. The Amherst farm stand is still open and you can look for vegetables there in the afternoons. You may go by the stand pick out your own order, or send an e-mail to have it ready at the stand, or at the farm in Wilton, for pick-up. Click here to get directions.

The Milford Farmers’ Market has finished for this year. Look for it to be starting again next summer in June from 9-12 on Saturdays at the TD BankNorth Lower parking lot, South Street (Route 13), Milford. Click here for directions.

The Wilton Farmers’ Market has also finished for this year. This market runs from 3-6 on Fridays during the summer months in the parking lot by the police station on route 31. Click here for directions.

The Brookline Farmers’ Market will go on until Tuesday, October 28. This market is held on Tuesday afternoons from 3-6 during the summer into the fall in the parking lot of the ball park on route 130 in Brookline. Click here for directions.
