What's Ready at Ledge Top Farm?

The greenhouse has salad mesclun and spinach ready for purchase. The carrots and beets are showing green. Tomatoes are up and growing. The hens are laying more eggs every day. *—What are garlic scapes, you ask? They are the top of the garlic plant and can be used just like garlic cloves. Scapes have a milder taste, but you can use the whole thing—stem, bulb, and all. Yum!

Farmers’ Markets Are Closed for the Season

The Milford Farmers’ Market will be back next year on Saturdays. The market is in the parking lot of the Granite State Plaza in front of the Tractor Supply Store (191 Elm St, Milford, NH‎). The Plaza is on 101A (Elm Street) between the Milford Oval and Wilton. Need directions? Click here!

The Brookline Farmers’ Market has its last occurrance on the last Tuesday afternoon in October from 3-6 in the parking lot of the ball park on route 130 in Brookline. Click here for directions.

The Merrimack Farmers’ Market, new this summer, has now closed for the season. This market will return next year on Wednesday afternoons from 4-7 Commons Plaza (Rt. 3) in front of the Tractor Supply store. Click here for directions.
